Principles

Why should professional advice end with a document?

A document turns a helpful conversation into a result the client can review, keep, and use.

Professional advice is easier to act on when it ends in a concrete document. The conversation explains the reasoning; the document preserves the conclusion, wording, and next action.

The document is the shared reference

Without a shared result, the expert may believe something was explained while the client remembers it differently. Pen's Work keeps the current draft visible to both sides, so questions refer to the same sentence instead of memory.

Completion still needs a decision

A live draft is not automatically a final or legally sufficient document. The expert decides when the work is complete, and the client should confirm names, facts, dates, amounts, and intended use before relying on it.
