How do I request a bank transfer from a client?
Save the account and currency in your profile, then use Payment request in the document and enter the amount.
Pen's Work can show payment instructions to the customer, but it does not currently process the card payment or verify a bank deposit automatically. The professional receives the money directly and confirms it manually.
What the customer sees
The customer sees the amount, currency, and account information entered by the expert. After the customer says payment is complete, the work area is limited while the expert checks the deposit; facts and comments remain available.
Close the request deliberately
If payment arrives, use the deposit-complete action to return the document to its normal state. If you cancel the request, confirm that the customer understands the payment window will close. Never treat the customer's confirmation button as proof that funds arrived.
