What should the expert and client each do?
The expert owns the professional judgment and drafting; the client supplies facts and checks whether the draft matches the real situation.
Good collaboration does not mean both sides edit everything. The expert controls the main document, while the client contributes facts, questions, and corrections through the customer view.
The expert's role
The expert chooses the structure, wording, and professional recommendation. They should distinguish confirmed facts from assumptions and explain where the client's decision is still needed.

The client's role
The client checks whether the draft describes the actual people, events, dates, and goals. Comments should identify the exact line or sentence and state what is wrong or missing; the expert then decides how that information changes the document.
