Where do I create API keys?

Log in as an expert, then open Settings from the profile menu in the top-right. In API keys, enter a name and create a key.

API keys are owned by the workspace, not an individual user. The full key is shown only once at creation time; after that, only a masked version appears. Revoke keys from the same screen when you no longer use them.
